Please report an issue through your user app following this process: Pathao App> Profile> History> Report Issue> I would like a refund> I was overcharged> then write ride details> Submit. Or, you can mail us your complaint at [email protected].
How to use pathao ride?
To use our service you have to send a ride request using your Pathao app. To use our service as a user you have to download the app from google play store/ Appstore. Android app: http://bit.ly/PathaoAndroid iOS app: http://apple.co/2lFMrb0 After downloading the app select your pickup and drop off location and then select 'Send pickup request.' The nearest rider/ captain will pick you up.
How can I get promo code?

What can I do if my rider didn’t carry extra helmet?
For this type of issue, you may cancel the ride because every rider should carry an extra helmet for the customer. And if you can share us about this issue we will take corrective measures about this. Your safety is our first concern.

For this type of issue, you may ask the rider for slowing down bike speed or you can ask him to park in any safe place then call us immediately or call us 09678100800. After sharing us about this issue we will take corrective measures for the rider. Your safety is our first concern.
