You will need to provide these details to register as a merchant. • Name of the business. • Name of the company’s owner. • Mobile number. • Email address. After providing all information, click on the “Sign Up” option. After clicking on the “Sign Up” option, you will be notified with a SMS on your registered phone number with Pathao Courier along with your login ID, password, and merchant panel link. After logging in to the merchant panel, you will need to provide your store and payment information in two steps. • In the first step, you will have to provide your online store information. In this case, you will need the name of the store, the phone number and the name of the contact person, and their address. • In the second step, you will have to provide your preferred payment method information. In this case, you need to provide your bank account or Bkash account details. For a bank account, you can use savings and current accounts, and for a Bkash account, you can use only your personal Bkash account. After providing the details, you can request for a new parcel delivery by using our courier service.

Same-day delivery is an exceptional delivery service offered by Pathao Courier, where we collect and deliver the product on the same day. This one day parcel delivery service is available only in the Dhaka metropolitan areas. The last entry time for same-day parcel delivery service is 12:00 PM and the maximum delivery time is 8:00 PM. Fragile delivery is for products that are fragile. In fragile delivery, the product is carefully delivered. Fragile deliveries are also delivered on the same day. Therefore, entries for fragile delivery should be done by 12 o’clock, and delivery will be attempted by 8 o’clock. For cash-on-delivery orders through Pathao Courier, a COD charge of 0.5% for parcels within Dhaka Metropolitan City and 1% for parcels outside Dhaka City is applicable. In case of parcel return, 50% of the delivery charge will be added as return charge along with delivery charge for return deliveries of outside Dhaka but return charge is not applicable for orders within the Dhaka-Dhaka metro area (for partial and exchange deliveries within the Dhaka-Dhaka metro area, return charges will also be applicable).

Your courier parcel can be tracked anytime using the Pathao user app. Open the Pathao app and navigate to the More > Tracking tab. There, under the registered phone number of your Pathao user app, you can check the updates of all the parcels that have been requested for delivery through Pathao courier service. Besides, you can track the current location of the particular parcel with the consignment ID and your phone number from the “Track Delivery” option of this menu. However, only parcels requested using your Pathao user account’s registered phone number can be tracked using this option.

InstaPay On-Demand is a flexible withdrawal feature that lets courier merchants withdraw their COD money anytime they need. It does not require enabling regular InstaPay. Merchants continue using their normal payout method but can instantly transfer funds to their Pathao Pay Merchant Account whenever needed.

1. Regular InstaPay → Sends daily payouts (3 cycles) automatically. 2. On-Demand → You manually withdraw only when you need money. If you use On-Demand, regular InstaPay will automatically be turned off.
